문화다양성의 보호와 증진에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(위원회 위원 등)

① 법 제7조제3항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 관계 중앙행정기관의 차관급 공무원"이란 다음 각 호의 사람을 말한다. 이 경우 복수차관이 있는 중앙행정기관은 해당 중앙행정기관의 장이 지명하는 차관으로 한다. <개정 2025.10.1, 2025.12.30>

② 법 제7조제3항제2호에 따른 위원(이하 "위촉위원"이라 한다)은 문화체육관광부장관이 문화다양성 보호와 증진정책에 관한 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 성별을 고려하여 위촉하는 10명 이내의 사람으로 한다. 이 경우 「지방자치법」 제182조제1항제1호 또는 제3호에 따라 설립된 협의체가 추천하는 사람이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2025.12.23>

③ 위촉위원의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

④ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 문화체육관광부에서 문화다양성 보호와 증진 관련 업무를 담당하는 국장이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 director더^r렉터 general제너^r럴 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 affairs어^f페어즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 protection프^r러텍션 and앤드 promotion프^r러모우션 of어^v브 cultural컬처^r럴 diversity디^v버시티 in인 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Culture,컬처 Sports스포츠 and앤드 Tourism.투^r리점

⑤ 위원회 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
