문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 시행령 제46조(포상금의 배분)

제45조에 따라 포상금을 지급하는 경우에 제보자가 2명 이상이거나 범인 체포에 공로가 있는 사람이 2명 이상인 경우에는 그 공로의 비중을 고려하여 국가유산청장이 그 배분액을 결정한다. 다만, 포상금을 받을 사람이 배분액에 관하여 상호간에 미리 합의한 경우에는 그 합의된 금액 또는 비율에 따라 배분할 수 있다. <개정 2024.5.7>
