민사소송법 제224조(판결규정의 준용)

①성질에 어긋나지 아니하는 한, 결정과 명령에는 판결에 관한 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 법관의 서명은 기명으로 갈음할 수 있고, 이유를 적는 것을 생략할 수 있다.
