경매신청이 매각허가 없이 마쳐진 때에는 법원사무관등은 제94조와 제139조제1항의 규정에 따른 기입을 말소하도록 등기관에게 촉탁하여야 한다.
Where an application for auction has ended without permission of a sale, the court clerk, etc. shall commission the registrar to cancel the entries made under Articles 94 and 139 (1).
