민사집행법 제295조(선박가압류집행)

①등기할 수 있는 선박에 대한 가압류를 집행하는 경우에는 가압류등기를 하는 방법이나 집행관에게 선박국적증서등을 선장으로부터 받아 집행법원에 제출하도록 명하는 방법으로 한다. 이들 방법은 함께 사용할 수 있다.

②가압류등기를 하는 방법에 의한 가압류집행은 가압류명령을 한 법원이, 선박국적증서등을 받아 제출하도록 명하는 방법에 의한 가압류집행은 선박이 정박하여 있는 곳을 관할하는 지방법원이 집행법원으로서 관할한다.

③가압류등기를 하는 방법에 의한 가압류의 집행에는 제293조제3항의 규정을 준용한다.
