발전소주변지역 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(지역위원회의 간사 등)

① 지역위원회의 서무를 처리하기 위하여 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 발전소의 장이 해당 발전소에 근무하는 직원 중에서 추천하여 지역위원장이 임명한다. 다만, 원자력발전소 주변지역의 지역위원회인 경우에는 원자력발전소가 있는 지역을 관할하는 지방자치단체 소속 공무원 중 1명을 지역위원장이 공동간사로 임명할 수 있다.
