방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정 제1조(목적)

이 영은 「방송통신발전 기본법」 제28조제1항, 「전기통신사업법」 제35조의2ㆍ제61조ㆍ제68조제2항ㆍ제69조제2항ㆍ제69조의2제2항ㆍ제3항, 「전파법」 제58조의2제1항 및 「주택건설기준 등에 관한 규정」 제32조에 따라 방송통신설비, 관로, 구내통신선로설비 및 구내용 이동통신설비 및 방송통신기자재등의 기술기준을 규정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2017.4.25, 2024.7.9>
