법교육지원법 제5조((법문화진흥센터의 지정 등))

① 법무부장관은 법교육을 주된 목적으로 하거나 법교육을 실시할 능력이 있다고 인정되는 기관ㆍ단체 또는 시설을 제4조에 따른 법교육위원회의 심의를 거쳐 법문화진흥센터로 지정할 수 있다.

② 법문화진흥센터의 지정 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
