① 법교육에 관한 주요 정책 수립 및 사업추진과 예산의 효율적인 운영 등에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 법무부에 법교육위원회를 둔다.

③ 법교육위원회는 대통령령으로 정하는 관계 중앙행정기관 소속 공무원 및 법교육에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 자 중에서 법무부 장관이 위촉하는 25인 이내의 위원으로 구성ㆍ운영된다.

⑤ 법교육위원회의 위원장은 법무부장관이 법교육위원회의 위원 중에서 임명한다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정 외에 법교육위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
