별정우체국법 시행령 제42조(퇴직수당의 청구)

① 법 제25조의7에 따라 퇴직수당을 받으려는 사람은 퇴직수당청구서를 소속 국장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 청구서를 받은 소속 국장은 재직기간의 감축사유, 급여의 제한 사유, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 조사ㆍ확인한 후 퇴직수당청구서를 관할우체국장을 거쳐 연금관리단에 이송하여야 한다.
