복권 및 복권기금법 제23조(복권기금의 배분 및 용도)

Lottery Tickets and Lottery Fund Act, Article 23 (Distribution and Uses of the Lottery Fund)

① 매년 복권수익금 가운데 100분의 35는 다음 각 호의 기금 등에 배분하되 그 배분 비율은 대통령령으로 정한다. 다만, 복권위원회는 다음 각 호의 기금 등의 자금소요 및 제22조제3항에 따른 평가 결과 등을 고려하여 각 기금 등의 배분비율에 대하여 100분의 20의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 가감 조정할 수 있다. <개정 2015.1.6, 2015.7.24, 2018.12.31, 2023.8.8>
