부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제25조(수당지급 등)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Corruption and the Establishment and Operation of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, Article 25 (Payment of Allowances, etc.)
공무원이 아닌 위원과 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여는 예산의 범위에서 수당이나 여비 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 그 소관업무와 직접 관련되어 위원회에 출석한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2019.10.15>
Allowances, travel expenses, and other necessary expenses may be paid within the budget to members who are not public officials and to persons falling under any of the following: Provided, That this does not apply where a public official attends the Commission in direct connection with his or her duties:
1. 법 제22조제2항에 따라 위촉된 전문위원
1. Expert members commissioned under Article 22 (2) of the Act;
2. 법 제24조에 따른 자문기구의 자문위원
2. Advisory members of the advisory bodies under Article 24 of the Act;
3. 법 제25조에 따라 파견된 직원
3. Staff dispatched under Article 25 of the Act;
4. 법 제29조제1항제2호, 법 제42조제1항제2호 및 제4호에 따른 이해관계인ㆍ참고인ㆍ감정인 또는 관계 공직자
4. Interested parties, reference persons, appraisers, or relevant public officials under Article 29 (1) 2 and Article 42 (1) 2 and 4 of the Act;
4의2. 법 제69조제1항에 따른 보상심의위원회(이하 "보상위원회"라 한다)의 위원
4-2. Members of the Reward Deliberation Committee under Article 69 (1) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Reward Committee");
5. 제24조에 따른 전문상담위원
5. Specialist counseling members under Article 24;
6. 제31조에 따른 자문기구의 자문위원
6. Advisory members of the advisory bodies under Article 31;
