산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제72조의2(고유식별정보의 처리)

산림청장(제71조제2항에 따라 산림청장의 권한을 위임받은 자를 포함한다), 지방산림청장(제71조제7항에 따라 지방산림청장의 권한을 위임받은 자를 포함한다) 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2012.11.30, 2014.9.11, 2020.11.24, 2024.4.30, 2026.9.29>
