산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법 제17조(국가ㆍ지방자치단체의 출연 등)

① 국가나 지방자치단체는 산업기술단지의 조성ㆍ운영을 지원하기 위하여 사업시행자에게 출연(出捐)할 수 있다.

② 산업기술단지의 사업과 관련이 있는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관(이하 "공공기관"이라 한다), 정부출자기관 및 정부출연기관 등은 사업시행자에게 출연할 수 있다.

③ 산업기술단지의 조성ㆍ운영에 참여하는 「고등교육법」 제3조의 국립학교나 국립학교에 두는 「산업교육진흥 및 산학협력촉진에 관한 법률」 제25조에 따른 산학협력단은 해당 국립학교의 기성회 회계(면학 분위기 조성과 교육여건 개선을 위하여 기성회의 회비와 수익사업의 수익금 등을 수입원으로 하여 스스로 세입ㆍ세출 예산을 편성ㆍ집행하는 국고회계 외의 회계를 말한다) 세출이나 해당 산학협력단의 「산업교육진흥 및 산학협력촉진에 관한 법률」 제32조에 따른 지출의 일부를 산업기술단지의 조성ㆍ운영을 지원하기 위하여 사업시행자에게 출연할 수 있다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 출연금의 지급ㆍ사용 및 관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
