산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법 제18조(사립학교 등의 재산의 출연 등)

① 사립학교의 학교법인은 「사립학교법」 제28조에도 불구하고 국가나 지방자치단체의 지원을 받아 설치한 연구시설 및 시험평가장비 등 연구기반(이하 "연구기반"이라 한다)을 사업시행자에게 출연하거나 매도 또는 사용하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.5.20>

② 국가나 지방자치단체의 지원을 받아 연구기반을 설치한 자(사립학교의 학교법인은 제외한다)는 그 연구기반을 사업시행자에게 출연하거나 매도 또는 사용하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.5.20>

③ 산업기술단지의 조성ㆍ운영에 참여하는 「고등교육법」 제3조의 사립학교나 사립학교에 두는 「산업교육진흥 및 산학협력촉진에 관한 법률」 제25조에 따른 산학협력단은 해당 사립학교의 「사립학교법」 제29조제1항에 따른 법인의 업무에 속하는 회계 세출이나 해당 산학협력단의 「산업교육진흥 및 산학협력촉진에 관한 법률」 제32조에 따른 지출의 일부를 산업기술단지의 조성ㆍ운영을 지원하기 위하여 사업시행자에게 출연할 수 있다.
