산업재해보상보험법 제85조(징수금의 징수)

제39조제2항에 따른 보험급여액의 징수, 제78조에 따른 장해특별급여액의 징수, 제79조에 따른 유족특별급여액의 징수 및 제84조에 따른 부당이득의 징수에 관하여는 보험료징수법 제27조, 제28조, 제29조, 제30조, 제32조, 제39조, 제41조 및 제42조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "건강보험공단"은 "공단"으로 본다. <개정 2010.1.27>
