상공회의소법 시행령 제3조(창립총회의 소집)

① 법 제6조제1항에 따른 발기와 동의가 있을 때에는 발기인은 지체 없이 창립총회를 소집하여야 한다.

② 발기인은 창립총회를 소집하려는 경우에는 창립총회 소집일 15일 전까지 회의의 목적ㆍ일시ㆍ장소가 기재된 소집통지서와 정관안을 상공회의소 설립에 동의한 자에게 보내야 한다.
