새마을금고법 시행령 제24조의2(감사위원의 자격요건)

1. 중앙회, 금고 또는 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」 제38조에 따른 검사 대상 기관(이에 준하는 외국금융기관을 포함한다)에서 10년 이상 근무한 경력이 있을 것. 다만, 중앙회 또는 금고에서 최근 3년 이내에 임직원으로 근무한 경우(중앙회의 감사위원으로 근무 중이거나 근무한 경우는 제외한다)는 제외한다.

2. 금융 관련 분야에서 석사 이상의 학위를 취득한 후 연구기관 또는 대학에서 연구원 또는 조교수 이상의 직에 5년 이상 근무한 경력이 있을 것
