Enforcement Decree of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, Article 30-2 (Restrictions on Candidacy of Officers, etc.)

① 법 제64조의2제10항에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 중앙회 임원으로 입후보할 수 없다. 다만, 재임 중인 임원이 그 직에 입후보하는 경우에는 제1호를 적용하지 않는다. <개정 2022.4.19>
