Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 14 (Completion Inspection|22)

① 사업시행자는 법 제20조제1항에 따라 준공검사를 받으려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 준공 보고서를 새만금청장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 「공유수면 관리 및 매립에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호에 따른 공유수면매립사업만을 시행한 경우에는 제5호 및 제6호의 사항을 포함하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2016.2.11, 2017.6.2>

③ 새만금청장이 제1항에 따른 준공검사를 하는 경우에는 준공 보고서 내용에 포함된 공공시설을 인수하거나 관리하게 될 국가기관 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 준공검사일 5일 전까지 통보하여야 하며, 준공검사에 참여하려는 국가기관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 준공검사일 전날까지 참여 여부를 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.11, 2017.6.2>
