새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제29조(분과위원회)

① 법 제33조제7항 및 제8항에 따른 분과위원회의 구성과 각 분과위원회의 심의사항은 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 각 분과위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) Each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 no노우 more모 than^ð댄 10 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 각 분과위원회의 위원장 및 위원은 공동위원장이 위촉한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 members멤버즈 of어^v브 each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 co-chairpersons.코우-체어퍼슨즈

④ 각 분과위원회의 위원장은 해당 분과위원회를 대표하고, 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 subcommittee,서브커미티 convene컨^v빈 its잇츠 meetings,미팅즈 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 the^ð더 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer.오^f퍼서

⑤ 각 분과위원회의 위원장은 분과위원회에서 의결된 사항을 새만금위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 submit서브밋 matters매터즈 resolved^r리잘^v브드 by바이 the^ð더 subcommittee서브커미티 to투 the^ð더 Saemangeum시메인기엄 Committee.커미티

⑥ 각 분과위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(6) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 votes^v보우츠 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 분과위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 새만금위원회의 의결을 거쳐 공동위원장이 정한다.
