Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 31-3 (Method of Redeeming Property Contributed in Kind, etc.|6)

① 법 제36조의2에 따른 새만금개발공사(이하 "공사"라 한다)는 법 제36조의5제2항에 따라 출자받은 재산을 상환하기 위하여 매 사업연도의 결산 후 연도별 상환계획을 수립하여야 한다.
