생물다양성 보전 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제16조의2(업무의 위탁)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Conservation and Use of Biological Diversity, Article 16-2 (Entrustment of Work)
① 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제33조제2항에 따라 다음 각 호의 업무를 「국립생태원의 설립 및 운영에 관한 법률」에 따른 국립생태원에 위탁한다. <개정 2019.10.15, 2020.6.2, 2025.10.1>
(1) Pursuant to Article 33 (2) of the Act, the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment entrusts the following work to the National Institute of Ecology under the Act on the Establishment and Operation of the National Institute of Ecology:
1. 법 제9조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 생태계서비스의 평가
1. Evaluation of ecosystem services under Article 9 (1) and (2) of the Act;
2. 법 제21조의2제1항에 따른 유입주의 생물 또는 외래생물 등의 위해성평가
2. Risk assessment of species requiring attention for introduction or alien species, etc. under Article 21-2 (1) of the Act;
3. 법 제24조제4항에 따른 생태계교란 생물의 생태계 등에 미치는 영향에 대한 조사ㆍ평가
3. Survey and evaluation of the impact of ecosystem-disturbing species on the ecosystem, etc. under Article 24 (4) of the Act.
② 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제33조제2항에 따라 생태계서비스지불제계약(「자연공원법」 제2조제2호에 따른 국립공원의 경우로 한정한다)의 체결ㆍ해지 및 정당한 보상에 관한 업무를 「국립공원공단법」에 따른 국립공원공단에 위탁한다. <신설 2020.6.2, 2025.10.1>
(2) Pursuant to Article 33 (2) of the Act, the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment entrusts work concerning conclusion and termination of, and fair compensation under, ecosystem service payment contracts (limited to national parks under Article 2, subparagraph 2 of the Natural Parks Act) to the Korea National Park Service under the Korea National Park Service Act.
