Enforcement Rule of the Ship Ballast Water Management Act, Article 32 (Issuance of Type Approval Certificates)

① 법 제17조제5항에 따라 형식승인서를 발급받으려는 자는 별지 제14호서식의 선박평형수처리설비 형식승인 신청서를 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.24, 2019.7.1>

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따라 신청을 받은 때에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 확인하고 이상이 없는 경우에는 제30조에 따른 선박평형수처리설비 형식승인서를 신청인에게 내주어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.24, 2014.10.28, 2019.7.1>

③ 법 제17조제6항에 따라 형식승인을 받은 내용을 변경하려는 경우에는 별지 제15호서식의 형식승인사항 변경신청서를 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 변경 사항이 선박평형수처리설비의 성능에 영향을 미치지 아니하는 경우에는 변경 사항을 적은 서류 및 증명서류를 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.24, 2014.10.28, 2019.7.1>

④ 해양수산부장관은 제3항에 따른 형식승인사항 변경신청을 받으면 다음 각 호의 서류와 제2항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 권고사항이 있는 경우 그 이행 여부를 확인하고 이상이 없는 경우에는 제30조에 따른 선박평형수처리설비 형식승인서를 신청인에게 내주어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.24, 2014.10.28>
