선주상호보험조합법 시행령 제4조(재산의 운용)

① 법 제50조에 따라 조합의 재산은 다음 각 호의 방법으로 운용하여야 한다.

② 해양수산부장관은 조합재산의 건전한 운용을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 금융위원회와의 협의를 거쳐 제1항 각 호에 따른 재산 운용에 관한 항목별 비율이나 그 밖의 재산 운용에 관한 기준을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 제1항 및 제2항은 조합의 재산가격의 변동, 담보권의 실행이나 그 밖에 조합의 의사결정이 아닌 사유로 조합의 재산 상태에 변동이 발생한 경우에는 적용하지 아니한다.
