성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제47조(등록정보의 공개)

① 등록정보의 공개에 관하여는 「아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 제49조, 제50조, 제52조, 제54조, 제55조 및 제65조를 적용한다.

(1) Articles아터클즈 49, 50, 52, 54, 55 and앤드 65 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð더 Protection프^r러텍션 of어^v브 Children칠드^r런 and앤드 Youth유^θ스 against어겐스트 Sex섹스 Offenses어^f펜시즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 to투 the^ð더 disclosure디스클로우저 of어^v브 registered^r레지스터드 information.인^f퍼메이션

② 등록정보의 공개는 성평등가족부장관이 집행한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(2) The^ð더 disclosure디스클로우저 of어^v브 registered^r레지스터드 information인^f퍼메이션 shall섈 be비 carried캐^r리드 out아웃 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Gender젠더 Equality이콸러티 and앤드 Family.^f패멀리

③ 법무부장관은 등록정보의 공개에 필요한 정보를 성평등가족부장관에게 송부하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

④ 제3항에 따른 정보 송부에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
