수산업법 제108조(벌칙)

1. 제28조제2항을 위반하여 보호구역에서 해당 시설물을 훼손하는 행위 또는 어업권의 행사에 방해되는 행위를 한 자

3. 제33조제1항제1호ㆍ제4호ㆍ제6호ㆍ제8호ㆍ제9호(제50조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 또는 제52조제1항제2호에 따른 제한ㆍ정지 또는 어선의 계류처분을 위반한 자

4. 제64조제1항 및 제2항을 위반하여 어업허가를 받지 아니하고 대통령령으로 정하는 외국의 배타적 경제수역에서 수산동식물을 포획ㆍ채취하다가 정선명령 또는 회항명령에 따르지 아니하고 국내로 도주한 자

5. 제66조를 위반하여 어선에 표지를 설치하지 아니한 자
