수산업법 제65조의3(어획물에 대한 방류조치 등)

① 행정관청은 제65조의2제1항에 따른 조치로 얻은 어획물이 이전의 상태로 회복될 수 있고 수산자원의 번식ㆍ보호에 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 그 어획물을 즉시 방류하여야 한다.

② 행정관청은 제1항에 따라 어획물을 즉시 방류하기 어려운 경우 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 어획물을 일시적으로 보관하거나 매각ㆍ폐기하는 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.
