시설물의 안전 및 유지관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제19조(중대한결함등에 대한 보수ㆍ보강조치의 이행)

관리주체는 법 제24조제1항에 따라 같은 항 제1호부터 제3호까지에 따른 조치명령, 지정 또는 통보를 받은 날부터 1년 이내에 시설물의 보수ㆍ보강 등 필요한 조치에 착수해야 하며, 특별한 사유가 없으면 착수한 날부터 2년 이내에 이를 완료해야 한다. 다만, 시설물의 중대한결함등이 광범위하게 발생하거나 철거 후 재시공이 필요한 경우 등 기한 내에 필요한 조치를 완료하기 어렵다고 인정되는 경우에는 국토교통부장관과 협의하여 완료 기한을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2025.12.2>
