신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(등록증의 반납)

신문, 인터넷신문 또는 인터넷뉴스서비스의 등록을 한 자가 해당 신문, 인터넷신문 또는 인터넷뉴스서비스에 대하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 폐업신고를 한 날, 직권말소된 날, 취소심판이 확정된 날 또는 그 등록이 취소된 날부터 10일 이내에 등록증을 시ㆍ도지사에게 반납하여야 한다.
