신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(등록취소심의위원회)

① 법 제24조제1항에 따른 등록취소심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 9명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 등록취소심의위원회의 위원은 언론에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중에서 시ㆍ도지사가 위촉하는 사람과 등록업무를 담당하는 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ도 및 특별자치도(이하 "시ㆍ도"라 한다) 소속 공무원 중에서 시ㆍ도지사가 지명하는 사람이 되고, 등록취소심의위원회의 위원장(이하 이 조 및 제19조에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 시ㆍ도의 소속 공무원인 위원 중에서 시ㆍ도지사가 지명하는 사람이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Registration^r레지스트^r레이션 Revocation^r레^v버케이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 persons퍼슨즈 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 press프^r레스 and앤드 persons퍼슨즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Special스페실 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 City,시티 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 City,시티 Do,두 or오 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Province프^r라^v븐스 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "Si/Do")시 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Registration^r레지스트^r레이션 Revocation^r레^v버케이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "chairperson"체어퍼슨 in인 this^ð디스 Article아터클 and앤드 Article아터클 19) shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 members멤버즈 who후 are아 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Do.시

③ 제2항에 따른 위촉위원의 임기는 3년으로 한다. 다만, 위원의 사임 등으로 새로 위촉된 위원의 임기는 전임위원 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

④ 위원장은 등록취소심의위원회를 대표하고, 등록취소심의위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Registration^r레지스트^r레이션 Revocation^r레^v버케이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑤ 위원장은 등록취소심의위원회의 회의를 소집하며 그 의장이 된다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Registration^r레지스트^r레이션 Revocation^r레^v버케이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 the^ð더 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer.오^f퍼서

⑥ 등록취소심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(6) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Registration^r레지스트^r레이션 Revocation^r레^v버케이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 votes^v보우츠 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 등록취소심의위원회의 회의에 출석하는 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 등록취소심의위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 등록취소심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
