신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제33조의2(고유식별정보의 처리)

① 시ㆍ도지사(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)는 법 제9조에 따른 신문, 인터넷신문 또는 인터넷뉴스서비스의 등록 또는 변경등록에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

② 문화체육관광부장관은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호, 제2호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

③ 문화체육관광부장관 및 한국언론진흥재단은 제30조제5항에 따른 언론진흥기금관리위원회 위원의 결격사유 확인에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
