Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Newspapers, etc., Article 9 (Report of Business Closure and Ex Officio Cancellation|14)

① 법 제11조제1항에 따라 폐업신고를 하려는 자는 영업을 폐쇄한 날부터 1개월 이내에 별지 제7호서식의 폐업신고서에 등록증을 첨부하여 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다.

③ 시ㆍ도지사는 제2항에 따라 등록을 말소하려는 경우에는 미리 그 뜻을 신문사업자ㆍ인터넷신문사업자ㆍ인터넷뉴스서비스사업자에게 통지하여야 하며, 통지 후 1개월이 지난 후가 아니면 등록을 말소할 수 없다.
