아이돌봄 지원법 시행령 제6조(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Child Care Support Act, Article 6 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Personally Identifiable Information)
① 성평등가족부장관과 지방자치단체의 장(성평등가족부장관과 지방자치단체의 장의 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제18조제2호의 범죄경력자료에 해당하는 정보, 같은 영 제19조제1호ㆍ제2호 또는 제4호의 주민등록번호ㆍ여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1, 2026.4.21>
(1) Where unavoidable for performing the following affairs, the Minister of Gender Equality and Family and the heads of local governments (including persons delegated or entrusted with the authority of the Minister of Gender Equality and Family and the heads of local governments) may process information on health under Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Act, information constituting criminal history data under Article 18 2 of the Enforcement Decree of that Act, and data that include resident registration numbers, passport numbers, or foreigner registration numbers under Article 19 1, 2, or 4 of that Decree:
1. 법 제6조 및 제11조의5에 따른 아이돌봄사ㆍ육아도우미 및 종사자 등에 대한 결격사유의 확인
1. Verification of grounds for disqualification of child care providers, parenting helpers, and workers, etc. under Articles 6 and 11-5 of the Act;
1의2. 법 제7조에 따른 아이돌봄사 자격 부여
1-2. Granting qualifications of child care providers under Article 7 of the Act;
2. 법 제10조에 따른 아이돌봄사 보수교육
2. Refresher training for child care providers under Article 10 of the Act;
3. 법 제19조에 따른 공동육아나눔터 설치ㆍ운영
3. Establishment and operation of shared parenting spaces under Article 19 of the Act;
4. 법 제19조의2에 따른 육아도우미 신원 확인 증명서 발급
4. Issuance of identity verification certificates for parenting helpers under Article 19-2 of the Act;
5. 법 제20조에 따른 아이돌봄서비스 비용의 전부 또는 일부의 지원
5. Support of all or part of child care service costs under Article 20 of the Act;
6. 법 제21조에 따른 아이돌봄서비스 이용권 지급
6. Payment of child care service vouchers under Article 21 of the Act;
7. 법 제22조부터 제24조까지의 규정에 따른 아이돌봄서비스의 비용 지원 신청, 금융정보등의 제공 요청과 비용 지원 대상의 자격확인
7. Applications for support of child care service costs, requests for provision of financial information, etc., and verification of eligibility for cost support under Articles 22 through 24 of the Act;
8. 법 제25조에 따른 전자시스템 구축ㆍ운영
8. Establishment and operation of electronic systems under Article 25 of the Act;
9. 법 제32조 및 제33조에 따른 아이돌봄사 자격정지 및 자격취소
9. Suspension and revocation of qualifications of child care providers under Articles 32 and 33 of the Act.
② 다음 각 호의 기관의 장은 해당 호에서 정하는 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호ㆍ제2호 또는 제4호의 주민등록번호ㆍ여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2026.4.21>
(2) Where unavoidable for performing the affairs prescribed in the relevant subparagraph, the heads of the following institutions may process data that include resident registration numbers, passport numbers, or foreigner registration numbers under Article 19 1, 2, or 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act:
1. 법 제9조제1항에 따른 지정을 받은 교육기관: 같은 조의 아이돌봄사 양성교육
1. Educational institutions designated under Article 9 (1) of the Act: Training of child care providers under that Article;
2. 법 제10조의3제1항에 따른 지정을 받은 아이돌봄중앙지원센터: 같은 조 제2항제5호의 정보시스템 운영
2. The central child care support center designated under Article 10-3 (1) of the Act: Operation of the information system under paragraph (2) 5 of that Article;
