양식산업발전법 제19조(외국인에 대한 면허)

① 면허권자는 외국인이나 외국법인에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 면허를 하려면 미리 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해양수산부장관과 협의하여야 한다.

② 외국인이나 외국법인이 대한민국 국민 또는 대한민국의 법률에 따라 설립된 법인(설립 중인 법인을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에 양식업을 경영할 목적으로 투자하는 경우 그 외국인이나 외국법인의 투자비율이 전체 투자의 100분의 50 이상이거나 그 외국인이나 외국법인의 해당 법인에 대한 의결권이 과반수인 경우에도 제1항을 적용한다.

③ 면허권자는 대한민국 국민 또는 대한민국의 법률에 따라 설립된 법인이나 단체에 대하여 자국 내의 양식업에 관한 권리의 취득을 금지하거나 제한하는 국가의 개인이나 법인에 대해서는 해당 국가와 같거나 비슷한 내용으로 대한민국 안의 양식업에 관한 권리의 취득을 금지하거나 제한할 수 있다.
