영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제33조(비디오물 유통질서에 관한 교육)

①시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제88조에 따라 비디오물시청제공업자(법인인 경우에는 그 대표자를 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 교육을 실시하려고 할 때에는 교육 시행일 7일 전까지 교육일시ㆍ장소 및 교육내용 등을 명시한 교육통지서를 해당 교육대상자에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2020.10.30>

②비디오물시청제공업자는 종업원 중 각 영업장의 관리책임을 맡은 자에게 본인을 대신하여 교육을 받게 할 수 있다.

③시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항과 제2항에 따른 교육대상자 중 부득이한 사유로 교육에 참석하지 못한 교육대상자에 대하여는 교육자료를 나누어 주는 것으로써 교육을 대신할 수 있다.
