Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Operation of Postal Services, Article 16 (Data and Matters to Be Reported by Invested Companies)

① 법 제19조제1항에 따른 출자회사(이하 "출자회사"라 한다)는 매 사업연도 종료 후 3개월 이내에 해당 사업연도의 재무제표와 그 부속명세서를 과학기술정보통신부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
