우정사업 운영에 관한 특례법 시행령 제18조(사용ㆍ수익허가기간 등)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제20조제1항에 따라 우정재산의 사용ㆍ수익허가를 하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간을 초과할 수 없다. 다만, 건물이나 그 밖의 시설물을 설치하는 데에 필요한 공사기간은 산입(算入)하지 아니한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

② 제1항에 따라 허가를 받은 우정재산의 사용ㆍ수익허가기간은 갱신할 수 있다. 이 경우 갱신기간은 갱신할 때마다 제1항의 기간을 초과할 수 없다.

③ 법 제20조에 따른 우정재산의 사용ㆍ수익허가로 발생한 권리와 의무가 이전되는 경우의 사용ㆍ수익허가기간은 권리와 의무를 이전한 자가 사용ㆍ수익허가 받은 기간의 남은 기간으로 한다.
