우정사업 운영에 관한 특례법 시행령 제9조의11(채용)

① 법 제6조의2제5항 본문에 따라 채용하는 경우에는 해당 공무원이 퇴직 시에 재직한 기관의 퇴직 시에 재직한 직급(고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원의 경우에는 퇴직 시에 재직한 직위와 곤란성과 책임도가 유사한 직위를 말한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)에 결원이 없더라도 해당 직급에 최초로 결원이 생기는 때까지 따로 정원이 있는 것으로 본다. <개정 2011.11.1>

② 법 제6조의2제5항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사유"란 제9조의9제1호 및 제3호부터 제5호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유를 말한다.
