우편환법 제12조(증명의 요구 등)

① 우체국은 우편환의 지급등을 할 경우에 해당 청구인이 정당한 권리자인지를 확인하기 위하여 필요한 증명을 요구할 수 있다.

② 우편환에 관한 권리의 상속인이 2명 이상인 경우에는 우편환의 지급등을 청구하는 상속인은 다른 상속인의 동의서를 우체국에 제출하여야 한다.
