위험물안전관리법 시행령 제10조(완공검사의 신청 등)

①법 제9조의 규정에 의한 제조소등에 대한 완공검사를 받고자 하는 자는 이를 시ㆍ도지사에게 신청하여야 한다.

②제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 시ㆍ도지사는 제조소등에 대하여 완공검사를 실시하고, 완공검사를 실시한 결과 해당 제조소등이 법 제5조제4항에 따른 기술기준(탱크안전성능검사에 관련된 것을 제외한다)에 적합하다고 인정하는 때에는 완공검사합격확인증을 교부해야 한다. <개정 2021.1.5>

③제2항의 완공검사합격확인증을 교부받은 자는 완공검사합격확인증을 잃어버리거나 멸실ㆍ훼손 또는 파손한 경우에는 이를 교부한 시ㆍ도지사에게 재교부를 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2021.1.5>

④ 완공검사합격확인증을 훼손 또는 파손하여 제3항에 따른 신청을 하는 경우에는 신청서에 해당 완공검사합격확인증을 첨부하여 제출해야 한다. <개정 2021.1.5>

⑤제2항의 완공검사합격확인증을 잃어버려 재교부를 받은 자는 잃어버린 완공검사합격확인증을 발견하는 경우에는 이를 10일 이내에 완공검사합격확인증을 재교부한 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2021.1.5>
