위험물안전관리법 시행령 제19조의2(사고조사위원회의 구성 등)

① 법 제22조의2제3항에 따른 사고조사위원회(이하 이 조에서 "위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 7명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장이 임명하거나 위촉하고, 위원장은 위원 중에서 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장이 임명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2021.6.8>

(2) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Fire^f파이어 Agency,에이전시 the^ð더 chief치^f프 of어^v브 a어 fire^f파이어 headquarters,헤드쿼터즈 or오 the^ð더 chief치^f프 of어^v브 a어 fire^f파이어 station스테이션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following,^f팔로잉 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 by바이 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Fire^f파이어 Agency,에이전시 the^ð더 chief치^f프 of어^v브 a어 fire^f파이어 headquarters,헤드쿼터즈 or오 the^ð더 chief치^f프 of어^v브 a어 fire^f파이어 station:스테이션

③ 제2항제2호부터 제4호까지의 규정에 따라 위촉되는 민간위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

④ 위원회에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당, 여비, 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 지급하지 않는다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 소방청장이 정하여 고시할 수 있다.
