유료도로관리권등록령 제69조(등록의무자의 행방불명)

①등록권리자가 등록의무자의 행방불명으로 인하여 이와 공동으로 등록의 말소를 신청할 수 없는 때에는 제권판결을 얻어 신청서에 그 등본을 첨부하여 등록권리자만으로 등록의 말소를 신청할 수 있다.
