의료기기법 시행령 제8조(연구위원)

①위원회는 위원회의 심의사항을 사전에 연구ㆍ검토하기 위하여 10인 이내의 연구위원을 둘 수 있다.

②연구위원은 위원장의 명을 받아 위원회의 심의사항을 미리 조사ㆍ연구한다.

(2) Research^r리서치 members멤버즈 shall,섈 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 co-chairpersons,코우-체어퍼슨즈 investigate인^v베스터게잇 and앤드 study스터디 in인 advance어드^v밴스 the^ð더 matters매터즈 to투 be비 deliberated딜리버^r레이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

③연구위원은 위원회의 회의에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.

(3) Research^r리서치 members멤버즈 may메이 attend어텐드 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 speak.스픽

④위원회는 연구위원을 보조하게 하기 위하여 10인 이내의 연구원을 둘 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 have해^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 10 researchers^r리서처즈 to투 assist어시스트 the^ð더 research^r리서치 members.멤버즈
