의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(필기시험과목 및 출제수준과 방법)

①제5조제2항 단서의 규정에 의하여 필기시험을 실시할 경우 시험과목은 국어ㆍ국사 및 일반상식으로 하고, 그 출제방법과 과목별 출제문제의 수등에 관하여는 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장이 정한다. <개정 1991.7.30, 1996.8.8, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

②필기시험의 출제수준은 고등학교졸업정도로 한다. 다만, 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 그 출제수준을 다르게 정할 수 있다. <개정 1991.7.30, 1996.8.8, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
