Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Conscripted Police Units, Article 9 (Application Documents)

① 의무경찰 선발시험에 응시하려는 사람은 별지 제2호의2서식의 의무경찰 지원서(전자문서로 된 지원서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.11.20, 2016.11.29, 2017.7.26>

② 제1항에 따라 의무경찰 지원서를 받은 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 다음 각 호의 서류를 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 응시자가 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 해당 서류를 첨부하게 하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2016.11.29, 2017.7.26>
