인신보호법 제11조((피수용자의 신병보호))

법원은 피수용자의 신병을 보호하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 결정으로 피수용자를 현재의 수용시설에서 적당하다고 인정되는 동종 또는 유사한 다른 수용시설로 이송할 것을 수용자에게 명할 수 있다.
