Enforcement Decree of the Natural Parks Act, Article 11 (Minor Changes to Park Plans)

① 법 제15조제1항 단서에 따라 공원위원회의 심의를 생략할 수 있는 경미한 사항의 변경은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2011.9.30>

② 공원관리청은 제1항에 따라 공원위원회의 심의를 생략하는 경우에는 60일(법 제12조제2항제2호, 제13조제2항제2호 및 제14조제2항에 따른 관계 행정기관의 장과의 협의 결과 이행 등 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 90일) 이내에 해당 공원계획에 대한 변경 여부를 결정하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.8>
