자연공원법 시행령 제14조의2(공원자연보존지구에서의 행위기준)

① 법 제18조제2항제1호가목에 따라 공원자연보존지구에서 허용되는 최소한의 행위는 다음 각 호와 같다. <신설 2011.5.3, 2017.5.29, 2024.5.7>

② 법 제18조제2항제1호나목에 따라 공원자연보존지구에서 허용되는 최소한의 공원시설 및 공원사업은 별표 1의2와 같다. <개정 2010.10.1, 2011.5.3>

③ 법 제18조제2항제1호다목에 따라 공원자연보존지구에서 설치가 허용되는 시설은 군사시설ㆍ통신시설ㆍ항로표지시설ㆍ수원보호시설ㆍ산불방지시설 등으로 이 지역이 아니고는 설치할 수 없다고 인정하여 해당 행정기관의 장이 요청하는 최소한의 시설로 한다. 다만, 공원관리청이 재난방지 및 안전사고 예방을 위하여 공원자연보존지구에 통신시설 중 「전기통신사업법」 제2조제2호에 따른 전기통신설비의 설치가 불가피하다고 판단하는 경우에는 소관 행정기관의 장의 요청이 없어도 해당 시설을 설치할 수 있다. <개정 2010.10.1, 2011.5.3, 2017.5.29>
