자연공원법 시행령 제16조(환매권)

①법 제22조제3항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간 내"란 협의취득일 또는 수용일부터 5년 이내를 말한다. <개정 2010.10.1>

②법 제22조제3항의 규정에 의한 환매권은 공원사업시행계획 결정ㆍ고시후 협의취득일 또는 수용일부터 6년 이내에 이를 행사하여야 한다.

③토지소유자 또는 그 포괄승계인은 토지 및 토지에 관한 소유권 외의 권리에 대하여 지급받은 보상금에 상당하는 금액을 공원관리청에 지급하고 그 토지를 환매할 수 있다.

④제1항 내지 제3항에 규정된 것 외에 환매권에 관하여는 「공익사업을 위한 토지 등의 취득 및 보상에 관한 법률」 제91조제3항 내지 제6항 및 제92조의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2002.12.30, 2005.9.30>
